We Are Hiring: CSR Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive national sustainability strategy and lead cross-functional alignment.
• Develop and execute ESE initiatives across Environmental, Social, and Economic areas.
• Manage ESG reporting and disclosures, including Sustainability Report, GRI, Ecovadis, and GPSNR.
• Conduct ESG audits and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver ESG programs and align KPIs.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for sustainability activities.
• Lead and develop the sustainability team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Relevant Education — Bachelor’s degree or higher in sustainability, engineering, operations, or related fields.
• Extensive Experience — 10+ years in sustainability/ESG within manufacturing; 5+ years in leadership roles.
• ESG & Sustainability Expertise — Strong knowledge of GRI, SDGs, ISO standards, GPSNR, EUDR, and related frameworks.
• Operational Sustainability Skills — Experience implementing sustainability programs in factory/operations environments.
• Communication Skills — Strong Thai & English communication; Chinese is an advantage; able to write clear technical documents.
• Stakeholder & Leadership Capability — Strong interpersonal skills, stakeholder engagement, and team coaching abilities.
• Core Competencies — Strategic, proactive, accountable, able to multitask under pressure, and willing to travel for projects.
