We Are Hiring: HR Manager (1 Position)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning to support company growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO standards, and ethical employment practices.
- Lead employee relations programs, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Monitor and enhance HRIS and reporting systems to optimize HR functions.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and incentive programs to improve employee satisfaction
- Organize corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that benefit employees and local communities as well as other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with international sustainability standards (ISO 14001, UN SDGs, ESG reporting).
- Represent the company in sustainability forums, labor compliance committees, and corporate social responsibility programs
- Provide leadership to the HR team to ensure efficient staffing, training, and employee development programs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR and sustainability functions.
- Support company-wide initiatives on ethical leadership, employee participation, and organizational culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience within the manufacturing sector.
- At least 8 years in a leadership role overseeing HR, social responsibility, and sustainability functions.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, international labor standards, and ISO management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office HRIS, and data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and change management skills.
- Experience in developing CSR and social impact initiatives related to labor and employee well-being
