The HR & Administrative Executive will report directly to the Business Admin Manager /Director and will be responsible for the following duties :
Coordinate and manage visa and work permit processes for foreign employees.
Arrange hotel accommodations and transportation for visiting guests.
Recruiting new staff and ensuring the timeliness and quality of recruitment.
Conducting the effectiveness of relevant skills development through facilitating proper training, OJT, and development programs.
Organizing a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Organizing the traveling arrangement of visitors and employees, including visa & Work permit, flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Managing employees, evaluating employees' performance, and closely monitoring employees' attendance
Deal with the government department that is related to employee ex. SSO, DOE, DLPW, Immigration Bureau
Monthly payroll
Yearly document for the SSO and Revenue department
To coordinate and manage ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) matters for the company
To take up the task assigned by the Admin Manager or Director.
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
At least 3 years’ experience in HR
Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
Solid knowledge and experience of recruitment and learning & development, and labor law.
Ability to communicate fluently and concisely
Strong organizing, cooperation, and service-minded attitude.
Ability to multitask.
Preferred Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to communicate in English or Chinese, or Bahasa
