Job Description

1.   Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meets customer’s requirements at all time

2.   To constantly study and implement new formulations and work procedures in compounding process or related functions to improve on glove quality and productivity

3.   To perform research and development and work with other chemists to develop more new or value-added products

4.   Ensure that quality level for incoming, in-process and outgoing meets company’s goals and objectives

5. Perform production line analysis and supply instant feedback to production department. Discuss with Production personnel on major defect detected and work out solution and corrective actions immediately

6. Study and recommend to management on the improvement of quality and work methods to reduce cost and improve efficiency of production

7. To control the chemical usage and to make sure all chemicals used in the process are within standard

8. To carry out other duties as instructed by the management from time to time.

9. Understand management direction clearly and work according to management directions.

10. Perform any other duties required.
