Responsibilities:

1. Know RSS and STR production and ever work in shipping department.
2. Knowledgeable of handling procedures for shipping and ever work shipping at Laem Chabang and Penang port more than 1-2 years.
3. Can create shipping detail by using SAP program.
4. Communicates with shipper, carrier and others regarding shipments.
5. Know freight term for payment.
6. Perform various functions in shipping to expedite orders and control internal systems
7. Perform clerical duties as assigned by Bridgestone Singapore instruction.
8. Work well in a team environment.
9. Must be organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
10. Support all shipment to complete sailing and reporting to customer when have problem.
11. Monitor shipping status and alert carrier or shipper every day.


REQUIREMENTS
1. Solves routine problems by using standard procedures and/or processes.
2. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions.
3. Ability to work in a production oriented environment.
4. Interpersonal skills.
5. Verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficient (or ability to become proficient) use of Excel and outlook.
