Position: Director of Sales
Location: Dannok, Songkhla Province (Near Thai-Malaysia Border)
Qualification:
-Thai National Only.
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Hospitality management or Marketing
-Previous Spa Management or Supervisory experience in the hotel or similar
-Good command of English, written and spoken (Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage)
-Able to work long and irregular hours as and when required.
Responsibilities:
-Plan Order and manage marketing work. Be it practical or documented work in the best interest of the hotel and in accordance with the hotel policy.
-Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information.
-To issue a quotation following hotel policy.
-Organize promotional activities. (Activities/Promotion and Package etc.)
-Visit customers and find new customers.
-Summary weekly and monthly year sales report.
-Keep and maintain the customer information.
-Keep the good relationship with customers by survey comments or suggestions form.
-Resolve any issues that arise with customers.
-Oversee the savings in expenses and costs as much as possible.
-Coordinate closely with all departments in order to creating customer value/customer satisfaction un Hotel
-Acknowledge the various situations that arise within the hotel.
-Behave correctly and appropriately to the situation in order to maintain a good image of the hotel.
