Position: Marketing Supervisor

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A MARKETING SUPERVISOR TO BE PART OF OUR MARKETING TEAM, WHO IS ABLE TO COORDINATE ALL THE MARKETING ACTIVITIES WITH TEAMS AND CUSTOMERS.

Responsibilities :-

ㆍ Supports the Manager to implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.

 * Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.

ㆍ Prepares marketing reports by collecting,analyzing, and summarizing sales data.

  * Communicates and coordinates with customers and relay enquires with internal departments.

  * Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics services; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

*   Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests.

 ㆍ Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedulesand assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

Qualification:- Male or Female of age 25 - 35 years old

Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Marketing, or Marketing Communication is preferred but other fields may be considered.

Good command of spoken and written English.[TOEIC min 650] Skills in Chinese is advantage.

ㆍWork Experience in Marketing at least 1-2 years is preferred.
