Job Discription
1.Be responsible for operate the recruitment and training process in accordance with government defined and improve continuously
2.To select the most qualified candidates for requested dept. and also according to KPI target
3.Make the KPI report/ Make a survey of manpower plan
4.Be responsible for training skill development
5.Control and execution of training plan and gather all cost of training
6.Supervisory payroll data.
7.Employment contract to new employee.
8.Make a confirmation with candidate on board and salary confirmation.
9.Collect and report payroll each month including overtime report summary and being late to work and other related absence.
10.Contact with the government section and private company if needed
Qualification
1.Bachelor degree or upper
2.Keep confidential and be a cautious person
3.Have control and planning skill
4.5 years experience in HR payroll/recruiting
5.Good communication skill and good command of English or Mandarin
6.MS Office ability
