Front Office Department

Qualifications

- Male/Female, Age 22 years up.

- Bachelor's degree of BA, Hospitality and Tourism Management, English, Chinsese or other related.

- Have a good command of English in both written and spoken English.

- Able to work on shift.

- Service mind.

Responsibility

- To greet and welcome the guests who are checking in, arrange for the collection and storage of their luggage.

- Engage each guest as a unique individual and listen attentively to their requests

- Perform accurate check-ins and check-outs of guests daily
