Bachelor's degree
Prefer candidate comes from Real Estate or Properties business background.
10 + years’ experience in Marketing and Operations within the properties retail and residential market. Create and manage the strategic planning, design development, and marketing and sales strategies for new residential developments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required including strong writing and management skills.
Manage sales teams and direct team on sales negotiations.
Must have lots of energy, be a self-starter/highly motivated/team player. Fluency in English language; ability to speak and present clearly and effectively

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for all  sales and marketing functions, the relationship and coordination between the client and Co- coordinator and Marketing team, and to maximize total revenue market share and optimize profit return.
