Job Description
- Getting information from the booking or responsible for the task of getting a reservation.
- Arrival customers at the hotel reception.
- Assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients
- Recommend customers about the room and introduce facilities in the rooms.
- Answering the questions of the guests and provides information on hotels
- Coordinate with other departments to prepare a note and set of food and beverage
- Contact with the housekeeper to check the rooms and facilities are required.
- Performs administrative duties as assigned including equipment inventory, staff scheduling, and maintenance of facility records.
