Job description

1. Check purchase requisition to find products, check specification and size of products to meet the needs
2. Proceed to purchase accurately products in both the price and the amount according to budget
3. Coordinate in both internal and external organization
4. Maintenance and housekeeping inspection
5. Stock control, products must be available at all times
6. Control and follow up of documents both internal and external accurately and on time
7. Perform all duties assigned by manager

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any fields, experience in purchasing and maintenance
2. Flexible, tactful
3. Be honest on responsibility and organization
4. Good command of computer literacy
5. Effective negotiation skills
6. Good team leader, planning and organization skills
7. Good communication skill in English
8. Able to start work immediately will be an advantage
