Job Descriptions
1.Expanding and creating new business opportunity under territory assigned.
2.Establish client forecast and updating to related party in order to plan equipment, forecast and booking management tool.
3.Coordinate with internal customers (Customer Services, Finance, Operations, Overseas offices) to ensure smooth service delivery with business solutions have been provided to ours external Global key clients based.
4. Pricing, Submitting business proposal and quotation to both local & global counter part according to Lean Quote process guideline. Ensure to maintain client’s contract filling as most accuracy at all times.
5.Follow up with client and finance on discrepancy invoice and reduce outstanding credit business.
6.Update client activity and opportunity business in sales management system.
7.Update and maintenance sales management system. Since the role requires high day to day internal / external communication.
Qualifications
1. Male/Female, age between 22-35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
3. Good command of spoken and written English.
4. Computer literacy, Microsoft Office and e-mail communication.
5. Good and pleasant personality.
6. Good Human Relationship.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
8. Able to work independently and under pressure.
9. Being service-minded oriented and self-motivated.
10. Proven track record with sales performance to achieve target and goal.
