บริษัท ยางไทยปักษ์ใต้ จำกัด ผู้ผลิตและส่งออกยางแท่ง STR ประสงค์รับบุคลากรเพื่อปฏิบัติงานในตำแหน่ง ดังนี้
Position: HR & Admin Manager
Primary Duties:
1. Set up HR strategies and annual HR plan to direct and guide HR operations to support all business units.
2. Overseeing manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance evaluations training and development, KPIs, career path, counselling, employee conduct and disciplinary issues.
3. Manage, oversee and monitor HR operations of recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning and development functions to ensure smooth operations and accomplishment as per the set HR operating plan.
4. Plan and organize training activities to develop and retain talents to work for the company
5. Review HR policies and guidelines, Provide HR consultations and solve key people-related issues to best support business.
6. Compliance with the latest regulatory requirements and labour laws implications.
7. Control the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets.
8. Corporate CSR initiatives and others as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or any related fields.
Specialist course: Any
Special qualification :
- Having knowledge of Thai labour laws and any related regulation.
- Strong communication, coordination, planning and organizing skills.
- Good command of English; speaking, writing and reading.
- Proficient in MS Office
Working experience: At least 5 years of experience in related Human Resources Management.
