Maintains a strong working relationship with all departments to support park operations and goals and to expedite the resolution of any problems that may arise through the general operation of the park. Communicates any variations to the established norms to the appropriate department in a timely manner. Strives to improve service performance. Ensure compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures. Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all activities and focuses on continuous improvement.

- Male-Female age on over than 30 years
- Good command of English or Chinese or Malay with good service mind
- At least 1-3 years experience minimum in tourism / hotel.
- Good computerized skill
- Pleasant personality with a service-minded
- Creative and positive thinking
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to work flexibility time
