Qualification requirement :

Age : 21-35 year olds

Will be advantage of good command at english & chinese mandarin

Service minded, positive thinking and can work under pressure

Key  Responsibilities/ความรับผิดชอบหลัก            

                 
• Plan each contract instruction to schedule deadlines including loading shipment dates, documentation dates.
• Contact customers and suppliers for documentation requirements and any additional enquires.
• Cooperate with logistics department for updating and follow-up to shipping instructions
• Cooperate with the QC department in order to get quality approval verification.
• Cooperate with the finance department in order to follow up the account payable and account receivable which must be strictly on time. 
• Co-ordinate with the QCA to conduct a customer satisfaction survey based on product quality and service.
• Co-ordinate with logistic to conduct a customer satisfaction survey bused on service provided by TRT.
