Purpose
1.Filing the data
2.Managing databases
3.Implementing new procedures of administrative systems
4.Liaising with relevant organizations and clients
5.Coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity tasks
6.Logging or processing bills or expenses
7.Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
8.If more senior, recruiting, training and supervising junior staff.
Qualification
1.Organization and time management skills
2.Good communication, and relationship-building skills
3.Language skills for communication TH EN CH etc. >=2
4.Team working skills
5.Tact, discretion and diplomacy
6.The ability to be proactive and use your initiative
7.The ability to use standard software packages (e.g. Microsoft Office)
8.And to learn bespoke packages if required.
