Qualifications :-

-Minimum 2 years' experience at the Front Office
-Thorough knowledge of the Front Office procedures and familiarity with the various services provided by the hotel.
-Ability to receive guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
-Ability to manage and motivate staff.
-Extrovert, strong sense of responsibility, alert and agile, pleasant personality.
-Strong ability to solve problems – identify and find solution
-Excellent organization and time management skills
-Excellent Leadership skills
-Excellent communication in English and other language will be advantage.
