Tasks and responsibility:

 - Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams and ability to collaborate closely with developers, copywriters and UX designers

 - Take initiative to drive UX inside development team

 - Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement new solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience

 - Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods

 - Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design guidelines as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

 - Work closely with Marketing and Content team to ensure good UX and clear brand identity across markets

 - Be an essential part of a Design team, and contribute to improving visual and user experience design across the whole product

Requirements:

 - Proven UI experience

 - Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio

 - Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows

 - Proficiency with industry-standard design and wire-framing tools (Adobe CS, Sketch, Invision etc.)

 - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

 - Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders

 - Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively

 - Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

 - Proven experience of creating brand guidelines, UI and sticker sheets

 - Deep knowledge of Material design and iOS guidelines (UI and animation)

 - Adept at icon design and Illustration, in multiple styles for iOS and Android

 - Bachelor/Master degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or related fields

 - Experience working in an agile development process (scrum, kanban)

 - Good English skills

Desired plus skills:

 - Experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript for rapid prototyping and or/other prototyping tools such as invision

 - Copywriting experience

 - Experience of creating animations in tools such as Framer, Origami, After effects etc.

 

Benefits

Work Time: Monday-Friday 08.30-18.00

Rest Day: 2 days (Saturday, Sunday)
